The 34th edition of the Munich International Film Festival will host a retrospective of Bahman Ghobadi's feature and short films.
All of Bahman Ghobadi's feature films will be screened at the Munich International Film Festival, known in Germany as Film Fest Munchen.
A Time for Drunken Horses (2000), Marooned in Iraq (2002), Daf (short, 2003) Turtles Can Fly (2004), Half Moon (2006), No One Knows About Persian Cats (2009), Rhino Season (2012), A Flag Without a Country (2015), will be screened during the festival, along with a short in the feature film Words With Gods (2013) and the documentary Life on the Border (2015) which he produced.
Bahman Ghobadi will join the audience and press on June 27 at 6pm as part of the Filmmakers Live series hosted in the Black Box of the Gasteig festival center. The festival will be held from June 23 to July 2, 2016 in Munich, Germany.
